The Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection has established rules that all licensed cannabis establishments (producers, dispensary facilities, cultivators, micro-cultivators, product manufacturers, food and beverage manufacturers, product packagers, retailers, hybrid retailers, delivery services and transporters), as well as controlled substances laboratories and research programs are required to follow regarding the Cannabis Analytics and Tracking System. All licensees are required to report activities related to the production, identification, monitoring, tracking, testing and sale of cannabis products on a daily basis as required in the Public Act 21-1 and the Section 21a-XXX-5 of the Policies and Procedures.
